New Clients: All paperwork and 50% of the required fee is due 48 hours before the first consultation. If it is not received 48 hours in advance, the appointment will be cancelled and can be rescheduled by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. For virtual clients, 50% of the fee is required 48 hours in advance and the remainder is due prior to the consultation.
Existing Clients: If you are unable to attend a scheduled consultation, an email notification must be sent to email@example.com 48 hours prior to the consultation. If notification is not given, please know that you will be charged for a full visit.
